Edg(e)ware Road
There has always been a discussion as to how Edgeware is spelt but it would seem that in Conan Doyle's day is was spelt Edgeware not Edgware.
The road runs from Marble Arch to the northwest of London (Hendon area). It changes it's name throughout it's length but it is the main A5 road out of London to the Northwest of England. It follows the line of Watling Street, a roman road.
Godfrey Norton and Irene Adler meet at St Monica's Church on Edgeware Road. Holmes followed them there. (A Scandal in Bohemia)

Edinburgh
Capital of Scotland and birth place of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
Mary Morstan lived here before travelling to London to meet with her father who had returned from India. (The Sign of Four)

Egria, Bohemia
Place in Bohemia, near Carlsbad, where the stiff, pink note-paper was manufacturered. (A Scandal in Bohemia). Holmes reads from the Gazetteer that Egria was the scene of the death of Wallenstein. However, he was assassinated in Eger.

Euston Station
One of London's main railway terminals. The station is located in the Euston Road and is near to King's Cross and St Pancreas terminals. It is the main way to exit the metropolis if you are heading to the northwest of England or to the west coast of Scotland. It is also the main route from London to Liverpool, Enoch J Drebber and Joseph Stangerson were thought to have been heading here prior to Drebber's death.
